I try my best to create a narrative for my jewelry to tell, often pairing an image of an animal, in metal, with a scene, suggested by a gemstone. For example, a bird soars over a landscape, or a deer leaps over a stream made from an agate cabochon. I want to engage the viewer in imagining a story behind the piece.
