We extract, uncover lines, surfaces and textures to create our textiles. We hand paint our designs, combining our images with patterns found in nature on our daily walks and our experience and knowledge in vintage textile. By fusing these elements together with brushstrokes and marks we reflect our history looking for contrasts that are grounding, bringing the past to the present. By the process of working with fiber itself as a canvas, our palettes and patterns take form. We create combinations that reflect nature, are wearable, contemporary and timeless. In our solar powered studio, we machine knit our designs, shape, steam block and sew our knitwear using responsible grown, long strand cotton yarn creating luxurious pieces that are machine washable and sustainable . To accommodate all body types, we make our easy to wear dresses, tunics and tops in styles to complement the figure and custom tweak our designs for a perfect comfortable fit.
