I paint hands and botanicals in watercolor to show how strength and vulnerability can exist side by side. Living with chronic health challenges has taught me to care for my body with patience and respect. Hands feel deeply human to me—whether healing, reaching, or supporting, they carry stories we all share. Nature reinforces my lessons of resilience and growth, even in imperfect conditions. I’ve witnessed how art helps us process and heal, and watercolor—with its fluid, unpredictable marks—reminds me to release perfection and embrace what unfolds.
