I began sewing as a child, out of necessity because i had a growth spurt that shot me above my peers & the only inseam for my legs was in boys Levis! From that point on I fiddled with fabrics and made things... also for my tiny 21" head, no hats fit! and so it began. I love to sew & create & see my visions- that are spawned mostly from necessity- become a reality. After 30 years of designing & creating & enduring more obstacles than a 'regular' job may encounter, I keep on keeping on because this is what I do & I can't stop nor imagine doing anything else. Sometimes my income is phenomenal & other times things can get pretty tough... so is the life of a creative!
