I’m inspired by the ocean—its rhythm, stillness, and the way light plays across water and sky. Color and light are at the heart of everything I create. I work in many mediums, but oil is my favorite for the richness and depth it offers. My paintings are rooted in the feeling of the coast—calm, vibrant, and ever-changing. Creating art helps me stay connected to nature, and I love that a piece made in my studio can bring a sense of peace, place, and beauty into someone else’s home. That shared connection is what inspires me most.
