I am inspired by color, nature and beautiful craftsmanship. Many of my mosaics feature flowers, trees and animals. As a yoga practitioner I like to create meditation pieces such as all-seeing eyes and om signs. A piece might come about just because I am so taken by the play of light and color between a few tiles and beads that happened to fall together during clean up that I'm suddenly in need to put them together in a mosaic. I take pride in my craftsmanship and particular in my cuts and application. I aim to create pieces that make people smile, that will bring joy and beauty to their space.
