I grew up in India where spices were part of everyday cooking, not just heat but aroma, balance, and depth. When I moved to the U.S., I began making sauces that translated those flavors into something easy to use in a modern kitchen. Garam Goddess was born from that idea: honoring traditional Indian spices while creating bold, versatile condiments for everyday meals.

Each sauce starts with whole spices and fresh ingredients, inspired by the flavors I grew up with and the curiosity of home cooks who love exploring global tastes. My goal is simple: to help people add vibrant, unexpected flavor to food they already love.
