I’m inspired by heritage, nature, and the deep connection between people and food. Beekeeping is a third-generation tradition in my family, and my work is a way of honoring those who taught me to respect the bees and the land they depend on. Growing up around the hives showed me the beauty of patience, balance, and working in harmony with nature.
I’m also inspired by the power of simple, honest ingredients. Creating raw honey and fermented garlic honey allows me to preserve old-world practices while sharing something nourishing and meaningful. Each jar reflects care, curiosity, and gratitude—for the bees, the process, and the community that supports small makers.
