I want my jewelry to have a narrative, so I try my best to create a story for my jewelry to tell. Often there is the image of an animal, paired with a gemstone. For example, a bird soars over a landscape that can be seen in the stone, or a deer leaps over a stream. I want to engage the viewer in imagining the narrative.
