My inspiration comes from nature, shells, plants, seeds, leaves, nuts... I am inspired by the things I find while walking through the woods or along the beach. Most pieces are a sort of rattle, containing small beads of clay. This aspect of my pieces is made to replicate the sounds in nature and engage the audience in both the tactile and auditory aspect as well as the visual.
