Crafts at the Cathedral 2026
I’ve been blessed to be a stonecarver on the West Front of St. John, but my experience making the TWA bronzes for a chapel here changed my life: I try to make emotionally andor spiritually useful work. A huge inspiration is the expansive, ever-widening community St. John the Divine holds with love. I try to bring a similar generosity of spirit to my work; knowing it gets passed down the generations inspires me to constantly push my technique and what is possible in my chosen materials. Some of my pieces were originally components of cathedral-sized installations and performances. The natural world, care for it, and each other, are core to my being. These values guide my work, which offers opportunities for emotional connection. I've participated in Crafts at the Cathedral since its first year, I deeply love it; it is kinship of spirit through the hand and heart.
